Downloading log files

About this task

Avaya Workspaces downloads a single file that contains log files generated during the selected period. The downloaded file is in the .zip format.

Procedure

  1. On the top toolbar, click the Settings icon.
  2. On the Logs tab, select one of the following options:
    • Last 10 minutes

    • Last 30 minutes

    • Last Hour

    • Full session

  3. Click Download.
