Forwarding a call to another extension

Before you begin

Ensure that the administrator has enabled the call forwarding feature.

Procedure

  1. Press Main menu.
  2. Scroll to Features, and press one of the following:

    • Select

    • OK

    • The corresponding line key

  3. Scroll to the Call fwd feature, and press Select.
  4. Configure the field:

    • Destination: Enter the call forwarding extension number or the contact's name from your personal contacts.

  5. Press Enter.
