Exporting phone numbers

Last Updated : Jul 19, 2024 |

About this task

Export user phone numbers and extensions available in Application Center Administration to import them to Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) Admin Portal. If Avaya Support enabled Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) dedicated SIP trunking for your account, Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) users can use the imported phone numbers and extensions to call Avaya Workspaces agents and supervisors. If Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) users call using phone numbers, they get to a customer queue before connecting to the agent. If they use extensions, they can call agents directly.

The user phone numbers and extensions get exported to a .csv file. The file contains the following details: user first and last names, email address if configured, extension number, and phone number.
