Unassigning an emergency location from a user

About this task

Unassign an emergency location added for the account from all users to edit or delete it on the Account page. You must manually unassign an emergency location from each user before editing or deleting it.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click User Management > Users.
  2. On the Users page, for the user to edit, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Scroll down and expand the Address section.
  4. For the emergency location to unassign, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
  6. At the top of the Users page, click Save.
