About this task

Assign the profile with the Agent Assist widget to user profiles to make the widget available.

Note:

Do not edit configuration details or user profiles when they are active on calls.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click User Management > Users.
  2. On the Users page, in the row of the user to edit, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. In the Properties section, in the Profile list, select the user profile you created for Agent Assist.
  4. Click Save.
