Enabling or disabling an Instagram account

About this task

Account administrators can enable or disable Instagram social media accounts.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Messaging.
  2. On the Messaging Integrations page, click the Instagram tab.
  3. To disable an active Instagram account, toggle off the Enabled switch.
  4. To enable an inactive Instagram account, toggle on the Enabled switch.
