Configure the screenpop priority to activate screenpops and enable Avaya Workspaces to display them to agents. You can have a maximum of five active screenpops within one channel.
Before you begin
Add at least one screenpop.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > Screenpops.
On the Screenpops page, click the Priority tab.
In the Contact Center field, select the application for agents to use.
For example, you can select AXP for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
Select a channel that contains the screenpops to configure priority.
Application Center Administration displays a list of screenpops for the selected contact center and channel.
To configure priority, drag and drop the screenpops.
Five screenpops are active at the top of the list, and Avaya Workspaces displays these screenpops to agents.
