Default self-service flows

Automation provides the following default self-service flows:

  • OneCloud Voice Self Service

  • OneCloud Digital Self Service

  • OneCloud Auto Reply

  • OneCloud Wait Treatment

  • OneCloud Error Handling

  • OneCloud Survey

  • OneCloud Callback Offer Self Service

  • OneCloud Confirm Callback Self Service

Orchestration uses the default self-service flows in default workflows.

The flows require no additional configuration to start automation. Each default flow has a published version. You can edit a default self-service flow and create new versions. Avaya recommends that you do not delete a default self-service flow, because it results in an error in a default workflow in Orchestration. If you delete a default flow by accident, you can restore the flow using the Add defaults button.

The language of all default self-service flows is US English.
