Enter a name for the email template. |
Description |
Enter a description for the email template. |
Subject |
Enter the summary of the email template. The Subject field of the email template is only used for adhoc emails. The Subject field is not used for replying or forwarding of emails. Application Center Administration keeps the original subject of the incoming email in replies and forwards. |
Body |
Type the text to appear in the email template. |
Attachments |
Select the file to attach to the email template. The maximum supported attachment size is 10 MB. |
Associate Template with Queue |
Associate an email template to a queue or multiple queues. The associated email templates are displayed to agents on the Digital Library widget as suggested responses in Avaya Workspaces. Account administrators can associate templates using one of the following options:
