You must map the queues of Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud to the queues or VDNs of Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem in a 1-1 relationship.
For example, two queues in Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem correspond to the Sales and Support queues. The VDN addresses of these queues are 5955122@tsi101d.lab and 5955123@tsi101d.lab, respectively. To set up a 1-1 relationship, you must create the same number of queues in Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud with the same or similar names.

When Dialogflow returns the result to Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud with a queue name, you can use the Condition node to test which queue is set. If the queue is Sales, you can use the RedirectToExternal node with the 5955122@tsi101d.lab parameter, which is the VDN address for the Sales queue in Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem.
