You can import a custom Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud In Front widget to fetch information on an ongoing interaction from customer journey and display it in the widget.
Note:
Avaya does not provide the out-of-box custom widget. The customer is responsible for creating the widget based on their business requirements.
The widget consists of a front-end and a back-end. The front-end parses the User to User Information (UUI) and engagement Id. The back-end does the actual REST API call to customer journey.
