上次更新时间 : Apr 03, 2024 |

About this task

To enable Communication Manager integration for your Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) account, configure the details of Communication Manager that you have on-premise in Application Center Administration. You must configure a minimum of one Communication Manager.

Note:

If Communication Manager synchronization is in progress, you cannot update the Communication Manager element details.

Before you begin

  • Ensure that you configure an account with the Hybrid Voice feature enabled.

  • Ensure that the Avaya system administrator includes your account in the Synchronization for Communication Manager feature toggle for Communication Manager to perform synchronization.

  • Ensure that the Avaya system administrator includes your account in the Auto-incremental Synchronization for Communication Manager feature toggle to enable automated incremental synchronization.

You can then choose the automated incremental synchronization option to synchronize data from Communication Manager.

    Note:

Contact the Avaya system administrator to include your account in the feature toggle.

  • Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.
