Deleting a location profile

About this task

The location profile is always provided for all the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway elements that you configure for a tenant. You can delete or force delete the location profile that you no longer require. You can delete or force delete one location profile at a time.

When you delete a location profile, it gets deleted from all the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway elements. The deletion of the location profile can fail on Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway due to the following reasons:

  • Any Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway is offline

  • Network issues

In such cases, you can force delete to forcefully remove the location profile from Application Center Administration.

Before you begin

  • Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as the account administrator.

  • Ensure that your system administrator includes your account in the Hybrid Voice Location Profile feature toggle.

  • Ensure you have at least one location profile.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Hybrid Voice > Location Profiles.

To delete or force delete a location profile, do one of the following:

  1. To delete a location profile, do the following:
    1. On the Location Profiles page, click the Three Dots icon in the right corner of the location profile, and click Delete.
    2. In the Delete Location Profile dialog box, click Delete.
  2. To force delete a location profile, do the following:
    1. On the Location Profiles page, click the Three Dots icon in the right corner of the location profile, and click Force Delete.
    2. In the Force Delete Location Profile dialog box, click Delete.
