Editing a location profile

About this task

You can edit a location profile to update the configuration. You can select one location profile at a time.

Before you begin

  • Ensure to log in to Application Center Administration as the account administrator.

  • Ensure that your system administrator includes your account in the Hybrid Voice Location Profile feature toggle.

  • Ensure to add at least one location profile.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Hybrid Voice > Location Profiles.
  2. On the Location Profiles page, click the Three Dots icon at the right corner of the location profile to update, and click Edit.
  3. On the Location Profile page, update the configuration.
  4. At the top of the Location Profiles page, click Save.
