Assigning queues to a callback experience

About this task

Assign a queue to a callback experience to associate the queue with the experience configuration. If you do not assign queues to a callback experience, the default experience is used.

Before you begin

Create a callback experience.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Callback Experience.

    Application Center Administration displays a list of existing callback experiences including the default.

  2. Click the callback experience to which to assign a queue.
  3. Click the Assign Queues tab.

    Application Center Administration displays a list of the queues assigned to that experience.

  4. Click assign queues.

    An Assign Queues window appears.

  5. From the Select queues drop down menu, select one or more queues.

    You can select queues that are not assigned to another callback experience.

  6. Click OK.

    The Assign Queues window closes. The list of queues updates to reflect your changes.

  7. Click Save.
