Editing the default timers to change agent states

上次更新时间 : May 02, 2024 |

About this task

If an agent does not sign out of Avaya Workspaces using the logout option and instead closes or disconnects the browser, the agent still receives assignments, which results in unattended interactions or inaccurate billing. In such scenarios, you can edit when you want an agent to become unavailable or automatically log out of Avaya Workspaces.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Configuration.

Application Center Administration displays the Configuration page.

  2. Click Browser Disconnect.

    The timer options are displayed.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • To change the default duration for an agent state to change from Ready or Not Ready to Logged out, type the time in seconds in the Timer Expiry field under Auto Agent Logout.

    • To change the default duration for an agent state to change from Ready to Not Ready, type the time in seconds in the Timer Expiry field under Auto Agent Not Ready.

  4. Click Save.
