Customer journey interaction history

The customer journey widget displayed data for customers with active interaction. However, agents can now use the interaction history search functionality to view past customer journeys.

For the existing users, administrators must configure the Customer journey interaction history widget. The agents can then log in to Avaya Workspaces to access the Interaction Search widget.

For new users, the Customer journey interaction history widget is already available in the default account layout. By default, the agents can view the Interaction Search widget in Avaya Workspaces.
