Editing a self-service flow

About this task

Edit a self-service flow to introduce the required changes on the Basic and Flow creator tabs. On the Flow creator tab, you can save changes as a draft copy or as a new version.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Self-service flows icon.
  2. In the Self-service Flows view, locate the required self-service flow and click the Edit icon.
  3. On the Basic tab, change the required setting and click the Save icon.
  4. Go to the Flow creator tab and make the required changes.
  5. To save the self-service flow, at the top bar, click one of the following:

    • Save Draft: To save the self-service flow as a draft.

    • Save Version: To save the self-service flow as a new version.
