Deleting a message element

About this task

Delete a message element when you do not require it. After deleting a message element, this part of the message is not available for customers.

Procedure

  1. In the Self-service Flows view, locate the required self-service flow and click the Edit icon.
  2. Click the Flow creator tab.
  3. On the canvas, click the task to delete message elements.

    Automation shows the Properties pane.

  4. Click the Messages tab.

    Automation shows a new window.

  5. At the top of the window, configure the required combination of channel, language, and message type.

    Automation shows a list of message elements created for this combination.

  6. Locate the message element to delete and click the Delete icon.
  7. In the confirmation dialog box, click the Confirm deletion icon.
