Exit path

With exit paths, you can configure the self-service flow to follow different paths depending on the customer's answers. Exit paths are configurable on the task level. By default, each task has only one exit path. Automation follows this path regardless of the customer's answers. You cannot edit or delete the default exit path. However, you can add multiple customized paths. Automation uses the default path for the scenarios that the new paths do not cover.

For example, for the question "Do you like our services?", you can configure separate paths for "yes" and "no" answers. If you do not configure new paths for all possible scenarios, Automation uses the default path to handle them.

Exit paths configuration

To create an exit path, add at least one condition to it. A condition consists of a question and an operator.

If you use multiple conditions, you must configure whether one or all conditions trigger the path. You can group multiple conditions.

When you create a new exit path, Automation displays it as an output of the configured task on the canvas.
