Embedding the dossier link in an iFrame

About this task

You can generate HTML code from the folder location of a dossier when the dossier is executed or uploaded online. You can use this code on any HTML page to provide quick access to the dossier.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  3. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  4. Click Dossier.
  5. From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
  6. On the input prompts, specify the values.
  7. Click Run Dossier.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.

  8. Depending on the duration for which you want to view the dossier, click Interval, Daily, or Monthly.

    By default, the dossiers display the Interval page.

  9. Click SHARE > Get a link.
  10. In the Share: <Dossier Title> dialog box, click the Copy link icon.

    To copy the link, you can also navigate to the folder location of the dossier. Right-click the dossier and select Share.

    The URL for the report is copied. You can paste the link in an HTML code.

  11. In the Width and Height fields, type the width and height values in pixel for the iFrame.

    By default, the width is 640, and the height is 480.

    The link is updated with the new width and height.

  12. From the Show section, select the required check boxes from the following to hide the respective UI elements in the iFrame:

    • Navigation bar

    • Toolbar

    • Tools Panel

    • Footer

  13. Click Cancel.
