Filters overview

In Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud, you can apply filters based on which the historical reports display the results. You must use filters to include or exclude certain data from a report. Reports without filters sometimes risk displaying too much or unnecessary data. You can use filters before and after running a report. You can create filters based on attributes and measures.

You can also use filters to compare data, for example, you can choose to generate reports that display information about completed interactions between two different time durations or dates.

In dossiers, you can use filters on all the pages in the existing chapters. For example, if you select filters in the Interval chapter of a dossier, all the pages available in the Interval chapter get impacted.

Note:

Only an advanced user can create filters.
