Hiding or showing a dashboard

About this task

As a reporting administrator, you can hide or show a real-time reporting dashboard on the Dashboard Viewer page.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Realtime Reporting as a reporting administrator.
  2. Click the Dashboard Preferences icon.
  3. Click Dashboard Manager.
  4. On the Dashboard Manager page, for the dashboard to hide, click the Hide Dashboard from Dashboard Viewer icon.

    The Dashboard Manager page no longer displays the hidden dashboard in the list of dashboards.

  5. To show the hidden dashboard, click the Unhide Default Dashboard icon.
  6. Optional To show all the hidden dashboards, click Reset Hidden.
