Uploading log files after session activation fails

About this task

If session activation fails, Avaya Workspaces displays an error message. Before you retry activating your session, you can upload log files.

Procedure

  1. In your web browser, type the Avaya Workspaces URL.
  2. In Username, type your username.
  3. In Password, type your password.
  4. Click SIGN IN.
  5. Click Activate.

    If the activation fails, the Activate Agent page displays an error message.

  6. Click the Upload Log files icon.
  7. Select one of the following options:
    • Last 10 minutes

    • Last 30 minutes

    • Last Hour

    • Full session

  8. In the Log Description window, type a description of the issue.
  9. Click Upload.

    After a successful file upload, Avaya Workspaces displays a toast notification.
