Avaya Workspaces generates a notification, error, connection failure, interaction, and session log files. You can upload these log files from the toolbar of Avaya Workspaces.
Procedure
On the top toolbar, click .
On the Logs tab, select one of the following options:
Last 10 minutes
Last 30 minutes
Last Hour
Full session
Click Upload.
You can view the summary of log files already uploaded for the current browser session. The summary includes the file name of the uploaded log, description, ID, and the log file upload time and status.
In the Add Description window, type a description of the issue.
Click Upload.
After a successful file upload, Avaya Workspaces displays a toast notification.
