Configuring the Create Callback task

About this task

You can configure the Create Callback task to complete the callback creation with the collected parameters from other tasks. If an error occurs during the callback creation, the self-service flow proceeds to the Callback error task.

Procedure

  1. On the canvas, click the Create Callback task.

    Automation displays the Properties pane at the side of the screen.

  2. In the Name field, type a name for the task.

    For example, Create Callback.

  3. In the Contact Number list, select ContactNumber.
  4. In the Delivery Strategy list, select Customer First.
  5. In the Delivery Type list, select Immediate.
  6. In the Expected wait time (EWT) list, select EWT.
  7. In the ANI list, select CallingNumber.
  8. In the DNIS list, select CalledNumber.
