The administrator can edit the default account layout to configure the My Agents widget. Supervisors can then log in to Avaya Workspaces to view the My Agents tab in the toolbar.
Before you begin
Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Default Account Layout role.
Procedure
In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > Layout Manager.
For the layout to add the My Agents widget, click .
On the Views tab, select the page that supervisors must access to see the My Agents widget.
Click Add Tab.
In the Name field, type My Agents.
In the Description field, type the tab description.
In the Role list, select Supervisor only.
In the Icon list, select the tab icon.
Avaya Workspaces displays the selected icon next to the tab name.
In the Select a Layout area, select the widget layout.
In the Select Widgets area, select My Agents.
Optional To add widgets to the remaining widget slots, repeat step 10.
