When you are ready to save your complete workflow, add an End task.
Before you begin
Ensure that you added a Disconnect task for relevant conditions, such as errors, to disconnect a customer from an interaction. For more information about the disconnect task, see Disconnect.
Procedure
On the Designer palette, click the End task and drag it to its correct location on the canvas.
Double-click the End task.
To replace the default value for the label under the End task, in the Label field, type a unique name for the task.
The Label field must contain only alphanumeric characters.
To replace the default description for the task, in the Add short description field, type a description.
In the Properties pane, click Save.
Place the cursor on the final task to connect the final task to the End task. Click the blue dot on the task and drag it to the End task.
Correct any errors displayed below the canvas.
Click the arrow next to the workflow name above the canvas and select Save.
In Workflow Name, type a workflow name.
In Workflow description, type a workflow description.
