The side menu bar enables you to navigate through Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App and access its tabs. The default tabs include the following:

Message: To send and receive direct messages, create teams to have group conversations, share files, and create tasks to plan and track work items.

Video: To start, schedule, and join meetings, manage video recordings, and view past meetings.

Phone: To make and receive phone calls, view your call history, listen to your voicemail, and manage call recordings.

Text: To send and receive text messages.

Fax: To send and receive faxes. You can also view your fax history and download or forward your faxes.

Contacts: To view company contacts, guest users, your personal contacts and teams. From the Contacts tab, you can also add new personal contacts and create teams.

More: To access additional tabs. By default, you can access Workspace to manage your tasks and events. If your administrator permits, you can also access Analytics from the More tab.

Apps: To integrate third-party apps from Avaya Cloud Office™ App Gallery to receive custom notifications and alerts.

Company settings: To access administrator settings. Only administrators can access this tab. For more information on administering

Settings: To configure your Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App settings. You can also synchronize your calendar and view the available keyboard shortcuts for the application.

Help: To access Avaya OneCare Portal for support.
You can customize the side menu bar and hide less frequently used tabs in the More tab from . Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App also enables you to move certain subtabs to the side menu bar and display them as tabs.
