Default = 45 seconds, Range = 1 to 99999 seconds.

This setting sets how long a call should be presented to a hunt group, and its overflow groups, if set, before going to the group's Group No Answer Destination. When exceeded, the call is redirected regardless of any announcements, overflow or queuing. If set to Off, the no answer destination is used once each available member of the hunt group has been alerted for the group's No Answer Time.

This destination is used when the Group No Answer Time is reached. The options are:

• <NONE> - The destination is not used. Instead calls continue ringing against the hunt group.

• Voicemail - The call is redirected to voicemail to leave a message. Note that the mailbox of the call's original destination is used.

• The drop-down list includes all other group and user extensions. The call is redirected to that extension.

• A number can be manually entered. This is used for matching against system short codes.
