Configuring a media server

Procedure

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. Navigate to Services > SIP Servers.
  4. Click Add.

    The system displays the Add Server Configuration Profile window.

  5. Enter a profile name.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Server Type field, select Media Server.
  8. In the IP Address field, type the IP address of the media server.
  9. In the Port field, type 7150 for TCP or 7151 for TLS (recommended defaults).
  10. If you selected TLS, select a profile in the TLS Client Profile field, if required.
  11. Click Next.
  12. In the rest of the Add Server Configuration Profile windows, type the requested information in the appropriate fields, and click Next after each one.
  13. After entering data in each screen, click Finish.
