The RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) Monitoring Relay feature (formerly known as RTCP Monitoring) in Avaya SBC updates RTCP packets with appropriate End Point IP and Hop Information.
Procedure
Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
In the navigation pane, click Network & Flows > Advanced Options.
On the RTCP Monitoring tab, select the RTCP Monitoring Relay check box to enable the RTCP feature.
