Ensure that a minimum of two signaling interfaces are present. Dedicate one of the interfaces to the phone firmware download.
Procedure
Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
In the task pane, click Network & Flows > Network Management.
The system displays the Network Management screen. From this screen, you can create a new IP address for use with Relay Services and Application Relay.
In the Devices list in the Application Pane, click the Avaya SBC device.
Click the Networks tab.
In the Networks tab, click Add.
The system displays the Add Network screen.
Type the IP address information, and click Finish.
Create a reverse proxy service for file or firmware download.
