For Cloud solutions that deploy MS Teams, you must create a customer tenant configuration profile to generate telemetry reports for the customer.
To enable accurate reporting for customers, Avaya SBC adds the following custom header in the SIP messages to MS Teams:
Variable name: X-MS-Partner
Value format: <partner TenantID>/<version>/<customer TenantID>
Note:
Currently, you can create only one tenant configuration profile.
After you create a tenant configuration profile, you must add it to the server flow created for MS Teams.
