  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, Network & Flows Advanced Options.
  4. Click the RTCP Monitoring tab.

    The EMS server displays the RTCP Monitoring Configuration screen.
  5. Enter the appropriate values.
  6. Click Save.
