Before you begin
Navigate to Network & Flows Advanced Options RTCP Monitoring to enable RTCP Monitoring Relay. and do the following:
  • In the Node Type field, click DMZ.
  • In the Relay IP field. field, click the network name and Core SBC Relay IP address / Core SBC Private IP-A .
  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, click DMZ Services Relay Services.
  4. On the Application Relay page, click Add.
  5. Enter the required information in the appropriate fields and click Finish.
