Cloning an existing routing profile

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. On the Device menu, click the Avaya SBC instance to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Configuration Profiles Routing.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The application pane displays the existing routing profiles. The content area displays the routing rules that comprise a selected routing profile.
  4. In the application pane, select the routing profile you want to clone.
  5. In the content pane, click Clone.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The EMS server displays the Clone Profile pop-up window.
  6. Provide a name for the cloned routing profile and click Finish.
Result
The EMS server clones the existing routing profile.
