Editing an existing user agent (Advanced Services only)

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. In the navigation pane, click System Parameters User Agents.
  4. On the User Agents page, click Edit corresponding to the user agent type that you want to edit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The EMS server displays the Edit User Agent page.
  5. Edit the required fields, and click Finish.
Result
The EMS server displays the edited user agent.
