Installing IP Office CTI TAPI Link
Procedure
- From the Control Panel, select Add Hardware.
- Wait for your computer to search for new devices.
- Select Yes, I have already connected the hardware.
- Select Add a new hardware device.
- Select Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced).
- Select Sound, video and game controllers.
- Click the Have Disk button.
- Navigate to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\TAPI2\wave32 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\TAPI3\wave32.
- Select the file oemsetup.inf.
