Migrating to Context Store Snap-in 3.10.0.2

Use this procedure to migrate to Context Store Snap-in 3.10.0.2.
Before you begin
Perform the following pre-migration tasks before you begin with the migration. For more information, See Pre-migration tasks.
  1. Install ClusterDBMigrationService-3.9.0.2 script on Context store cluster.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Note:
    You can skip this step if cluster database is disabled for standalone Co-browse cluster.
  2. Install ClusterDBMigration 3.9.0.2 script on Engagement Designer cluster.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Note:
    You can skip this step if context store solution doesn’t have Engagement designer cluster deployed.
  3. Take a backup of Engagement Designer Workflows.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Perform this step if you want to take an Engagement Designer workflow backup. Skip this step if Engagement Designer cluster is not deployed.
  4. Take a backup of Engagement Designer Quartz database.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Perform this step if you want to take a Engagement Designer workflow backup. Skip this step if Engagement Designer cluster is not deployed.
  5. Edit a cluster and disable load balancer.
  6. Remove Avaya Breeze® platform nodes from the cluster.
  7. Power down the earlier release Avaya Breeze® platform nodes.
  8. Power on the 3.9.0.2 Avaya Breeze® platform nodes individually.
  9. Upload Context Store and Engagement designer 3.10.0.1 snap-in services on SMGR.
  10. Swap previous release services with the latest release on the clusters.
  11. Remove ClusterDBMigration 3.9.0.2 script from the cluster.
  12. Place Avaya Breeze® platform 3.9.0.2 nodes as a part of cluster.
  13. Re-enable HTTP load balancer for all the clusters.
  14. Restore the backup of Engagement Designer Workflows.
  15. Restore the backup of Engagement Designer Quartz.
  16. Replace Avaya Breeze® platform identity and trusted certificates.
  17. Reboot Context store and Engagement designer cluster.
