Note:
Skip Engagement designer Avaya Breeze® platform servers if engagement cluster is not part of the deployment.
Perform this step if the customer decides to fallback to the previous release of Avaya Oceana®.

Set the cluster state of all clusters to Denying.

Record Avaya Breeze® platform identity certificate and third-party certificate information.
Note down the information about the following certificates:
  • Security Module HTTPS
  • Security Module SIP
