Real-time reports overview

In an Avaya Oceana®, the Supervisor Reporting Dashboard provides real-time reporting capabilities. Using Avaya Workspaces, supervisors can run real-time reporting dashboards to monitor up-to-date statistics for your contact center and resources. You can view changes in call activity in real-time using the Supervisor Reporting Dashboard. Avaya Analytics™ provides the real-time data for your dashboards. Important:

The newly added supervisors must log on to Avaya Workspaces at least once to see the data in the routing service reports.
