Configuring the VLAN interface

About this task

The tenant network connects to the Avaya SBC over a VLAN. On the Avaya SBC, a VLAN interface must be defined to support this connection. In this example, the A1 interface is the VLAN trunk.

Procedure

  1. On the EMS web interface, in the navigation pane, click SBC.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Network & Flows  > Network Management.

    The EMS server displays the Network Management page.

  3. On the Network Management page, click the Interfaces tab.
  4. Click Add VLAN.
  5. In the Name field, enter tenant1_vlan.
  6. In the Interface field, select A1.
  7. In the Tag field, enter 101.
  8. Click Finish.
