This document walks you through the steps to install, configure, and test the HelloWorld call-intercept snap-in. The HelloWorld snap-in enables you to change call display settings. For example, you can use this snap-in to customize the name that is displayed on the called party's call display when you make a call.
The installation process for other Avaya Breeze® platform snap-ins is similar to what is described in this document for the HelloWorld snap-in. In the Avaya Breeze® platform administration interface, snap-ins are referred to as services. These terms are interchangeable.
