An Avaya Breeze® platform cluster is seen by Session Manager as an application. You must provision an application to represent the cluster or a specific Avaya Breeze® platform server. You must also add this application to an application sequence to tell Session Manager to route calls to Avaya Breeze® platform for SIP endpoints and trunks so that snap-ins are invoked. The Avaya Breeze® platform service profile tells Avaya Breeze® platform which snap-ins to invoke on receipt of a call from Session Manager.
