Unlocking the voicemail account

About this task

Use this procedure to unlock your voicemail account if it gets locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts.

Procedure

  1. From Selfcare, go to Settings > Unlock Voicemail.
  2. From the Voicemail list, select the required mailbox number.
  3. Click Unlock.
