Terminology Checker

Terminology Checker is a content optimization tool writers use to check content quality. The checker measures how well your content complies with the Avaya Customer Documentation Style Guide. It provides a report that you can use to improve your content.

The tool runs as a plug-in within Oxygen XML Author.

Custom Dictionary

Custom Dictionary, Avaya's customized dictionary terms for use with Spell Checker.

Autocorrect

This feature automatically and seamlessly corrects words that are frequently misspelled while typing in the editor.
