Specifying the path to Terminology Checker rules in Oxygen XML Author

You only need to configure this setting in Oxygen XML Author once. If the TC team updates rule files in future, RWS automatically pushes the files to the appropriate folder on your system.
  1. Open Oxygen XML Author.
  2. Click OptionsPreferences to open the Preferences dialog box.
  3. Click PluginsTerminology Checker.
  4. In Additional terminology folder, browse to one of the following folder locations:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • C:\Users\<User-Profile>\Documents\OxygenXMLAuthor\Avaya
    • C:\Users\<User-Profile>\OneDrive - Avaya\Documents\OxygenXMLAuthor\Avaya
  5. Restart Oxygen XML Author.
