About this task

You can search for the content of a specific product, release, or content type on Avaya Documentation Center using the search facets.

Before you begin

  • Ensure that you have an account and appropriate permissions to use the features on Avaya Documentation Center.

  • If you work on specific programs or solutions, set search preferences to enhance your search experience.

Procedure

  1. Type one or more keywords in the Search field.

    Search text is not case-sensitive.

    The page displays topics that match the keyword. You can select from the list.

  2. Click Filter, and select the following filters as appropriate:
    • Product and Solution

      For example, Avaya Infinity™.

    • Product and release

      For example, Communication Manager and 10.2.x.

    • Document type

    The page lists all related topics based on the selections.

  3. Click a relevant topic.

    The page displays the content.
