Configuring the edge Branch Session Manager server in graphical-user interface mode through CLI

Before you begin
  • Deploy and configure System Manager.
  • Deploy the edge Branch Session Manager server.
  1. Log in to the edge Branch Session Manager command-line interface.
  2. Type the following command:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    edgeSetup
    STEP RESULT:
    Edge Branch Session Manager displays the Edge Configuration window.
  3. In ADC FQDN, type the FQDN of the application delivery controller.
  4. In ADC Port, type the port of the application delivery controller.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The default port is 443.
  5. In Primary System Manager FQDN, type the FQDN of the primary System Manager server.
  6. In Secondary System Manager FQDN, type the FQDN of the secondary System Manager server.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If edge Branch Session Manager is part of the System Manager Geographic Redundancy system, provide the secondary System Manager server details.
  7. In Virtual FQDN, type the virtual FQDN of the System Manager server.
  8. In Enrollment Password, type the enrollment password.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Enrollment password must match with the value on the SecurityCertificatesEnrollment Password page.
  9. In Enrollment Password (again), retype the enrollment password.
  10. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Edge Branch Session Manager applies the changes and starts the trust management with System Manager.
